This document forms part of our Terms of Service and by joining Pin Point Lays you are automatically accepting all our terms.

  1. Pin Point Lays does not accept any liability for losses incurred in bets recommended by our service. Betting by its very nature carries a risk, and hence, it is the responsibility of each client to make their own independent decisions when it comes to betting. We have provided the information based on our own assessment and to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee any financial gains to any individuals. Hence individuals cannot hold Pin Point Lays or its partners responsible for any financial losses with our product.
  2. Present results do not predict future results. Whilst we have regular winning returns there is no guarantee we will find winning selections in the future. Similarly, if we have a minimum of 5 wins per day that does not mean we will hit at least 5 wins per day in the future. We recommend certain bets, but we do not accept any liability if results are not as predicted. When you bet, you are taking sole responsibility of your actions.
  3. Pin Point Lays will only provide the service to those who are over the legal age for gambling and in countries where gambling is permitted.  If you are or suspect you may be foul of these legal requirements then you are not permitted to use our service.
  4. We have attached several links on our website to direct you to other parties. We attach these links as a matter on convenience to our members and visitors. Upon leaving our site, any problems incurred are the responsibility of that site, and we do not accept any liability.
  5. Pin Point Lays does not accept any liability related to any advertising on this site, or other sites that you may feel are misleading. We try to provide reliable information at all times, and will not be held responsible for false advertising.
  6. All payments made are final. Although we don't offer a public guarantee on the main website, there is a conditional guarantee which is fair and practical to both parties. If you as a client can show us the loss of a COMPLETE bank, where you have used correct staking in line with our 1% liability bet recommendation we will refund your payment. (subject to various account screen shots). Yes we portray our past results at 5% liability but this is very risky with laying. If You simply decide you do not want to be a member of our service this is unacceptable. To be eligible for a refund Full or Partial you must qualify the above terms.
  7. In case of a refund being granted, The usual cost of our services are £39 per calender month, which over the year works out close to £1.28 per day. If you decide you would like a refund and you have not met the conditional refund guarantee in point 6, you will be charged £1.28 per day, per service, for every day you have been a member and any remaining monies will be refunded by paypal.
  8. There are no guarantees or warranties to say that our website or tips will operate fully functional or in a correct manner at all times. From time to time, we may incur some problems, and we will try and fix them at our own discretion. Pin Point Lays will not be liable for any loss caused by errors or failures.
  9. Pin Point Lays reserve the right to cancel our hosting at any point in time and without notice or refund of fees.
  10. From time to time the Service may be suspended due to holidays or sickness. We will advise this in good time, but in the case of sickness this may not be possible. We will add any necessary days onto the remainder of your subscription.
